The breakfast was very local, tasty and different in every day. The location is near 5min walk from the center. And, of course, Palermo is awesome.

The hotel is in a gated area. We felt secure and safe. Parking was included. Nice breakfast spread daily. The staff was exceptional. Our host was waiting on a group checking in and noticed me patiently waiting until he was done, but he stopped what he was doing to ask if he could help me! Large room and bath.

The location was excellent, approx 400m from the central terminal. But the best element of our stay was the staff at this hotel, they were super friendly, professional and always happy to help with any questions we had. The reception team always had a welcoming word and smile each time we entered and exited the hotel. Highly recommended.

I forgot to get his name but male staff (night shift) was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. He always made sure everything is well. I can’t thank him enough! Hotel was clean and convenient. Great value for money. Will definitely come back !!

Palazzo Keller is ideaal gelegen in Venetië, en biedt kamers met airconditioning, een tuin, gratis WiFi en een bar. Dit hotel met 4 sterren biedt roomservice en een 24-uursreceptie. Very beautiful hotel, renewed last year. So clean and nice environment. Smells like parfume inside the property. 😄 Small, not near any canal but if you are looking for a special boutique hotel with good price go for it… Very delicious breakfast by the way. Don’t try to look for another place for beeakfast. Personel was very gentle (except one, explained below).

La Gemma has a fantastic location, literally 2min walk from many of the main sights. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful - making us feel cherished and right at home. The design of the hotel and rooms is gorgeous, while being practical; and I like the attention to detail. Will definitely be back!
